Brian helped my parents sell their home of over 40 years.  They needed to downsize and needed single floor living.  Brian was extremely patient in explaining the process to my parents and was readily available for their questions and concerns.  He went above and beyond to help them feel comfortable making this decision to sell.  He took the time to understand what they needed in their new home and was able to provide some good options, personally checking the houses out himself while they were out of town.  They are now in a lovely modern single floor house which they are really happy with.  Can’t recommend Brian enough!  He took a stressful process and made it much easier for my parents.
