We are incredibly fortunate to have been referred to Brian Burke. Prior to the referral, we struggled to find a professional who matched well with our desires, needs, and timeline. It was important for us to be aligned with someone who sincerely wanted us to find our perfect first home. It was obvious from our first meeting with Brian he was going to deliver. Brian's personality made us feel right at home and the excitement of the home buying process was elicited; something we had yet to feel with our prior experiences. Brian stands out for a number of reasons. Brian's knowledge of the area, his level of professionalism, his expertise in the negotiation process, and his outstanding ability to make you feel like you are his only client, to highlight a few. When I was ready to sell my first home in 2009, I was very upfront with Brian and told him I have two very aggressive motivations: 1. Sell fast 2. Make money. He took an entire day to sit with me and pull numbers, look at local comps, educate me on the housing market, and understand my concerns AND wishes (I had a number in my head for monetary gains). The thing with Brian is that he is a very polite "straight-shooter." He doesn't come across as a salesman...he is extremely personable and above-average knowledgeable. His reputation and customer referrals obviously solidify this! :) I had the utmost confidence in putting my home, that I was very sad to leave, in Brian's hands. Ultimately, I had more equity in my home than I ever thought and we had it sold in.....wait for it.....8 hours!! Brian helped my parents sell their home of over 40 years. They needed to downsize and needed single floor living. Brian was extremely patient in explaining the process to my parents and was readily available for their questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to help them feel comfortable making this decision to sell. He took the time to understand what they needed in their new home and was able to provide some good options, personally checking the houses out himself while they were out of town. They are now in a lovely modern single floor house which they are really happy with. Can’t recommend Brian enough! He took a stressful process and made it much easier for my parents.

This was our first ever sale and we could not have had such a seamless first experience if it weren't for Brian's diligence, competence and energy. He allowed us as much or as little involvement that we wanted on both sides of the transaction. He engaged us with great resources in both the lender and attorney. He really helped support our decision making on both sides which is ultimately what we're paying an agent to do. He offered great advice and coaching throughout both processes, from start to middle to finish. We expected responsiveness and professionalism and Brian was a great recommendation for our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian for either a sale or purchase and we'll certainly be using Brian if we are to have further transactions down the line. We were incredibly fortunate to have worked with him and he turned around both the sale and purchase in less than two months. Really, really helpful and very easy to work with. We anticipated some challenge or stress doing both transactions simultaneously, but Brian took on much of the heavy lifting and allowed us a really great process. He was always there to fill us in on the background of the house and neighborhood when we were looking, always answered our questions promptly and completely and was attentive to our wants/needs. When Brian was out of town, he was always sure to connect us with another of his team members to help us out and the entire team was fantastic. On top of that, Brian brings the complete package to the table. I am not the type of person that can juggle finding a loan officer, attorney, inspector, etc on my own. At my request, Brian had multiple recommendations for each and worked hand in hand with them through the whole process. My advice, if you're looking for a real estate agent, Brian is the best you can find.
